Personal Philosophy

As a therapist, I believe that individuals have the ability to find meaning in all that they experience, even in their suffering; that with the right tools and understanding people can change. I believe that finding meaning is a personal and individual journey; therefore, my approach is client-centered and flexible.

The therapeutic interventions that I use include, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Humanistic/Existential approaches and Art Therapy. My goal is to offer clients a safe place where they can feel comfortable to work with towards their goals. I have a special interest in working with individuals and couples that are experiencing issues related to infertility, prenatal and postpartum depression, parenting, and relationship satisfaction.
