I don't have one set program for working with people because each person is unique. I tend to use a blend of lots of styles and I do have some styles that I gravitate towards such as
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Mindfulness, Relational Therapy and psychodynamically oriented therapy. We will work together to come up with a plan that fits your situation.
